SHIPPING

Most orders ship within 5~7 business days of purchase. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays. Shipping times may vary due to availability of merchandise. You will receive an order confirmation to the email address you entered on your account as soon as your order has been shipped. If for some reason you did not receive an email, please check your spam folder and add hello@udausa.com to your safe sender list.

  

WRONG ADDRESS

Sixty First Street is not responsible for lost or returned packages due to wrong address or insufficient address. Addresses are copied and pasted as they are. Please double check to make sure your address is spelled correctly, and that any additional information such as apartment number or building floor is properly included. Packages returned due to the reason of wrong address or insufficient address will be charged an additional shipping fee to cover the cost of re-shipping the item.

 

UNCLAIMED PACKAGES

Sixty First Street is not responsible for unclaimed packages. Packages returned due to the reason of being unclaimed will be charged an additional shipping fee to cover the cost of re-shipping the item.

 

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

Once the item/package is delivered to the address given, Sixty First Street is no longer responsible for the package. If you have concerns about a stolen package, please contact your local law enforcement agency.

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We also offer World-Wide shipping. However, international shipping fee varies by country.

 

 

RETURN POLICIES

 

UNWANTED ITEM RETURN

 If you are not satisfied with an item that you have purchased, you may return the item within 3 days of delivery for a credit refund. Once the item is received and assessed as being in good condition. In addition, return freight charges must be covered by the customer. The cost of return shipping back to Sixty First Street will be deducted from your refund amount.

Use the return label enclosed in the original package when returning unwanted items.

 

WRONG ITEM RETURN

Returning wrong items (i.e., delivered item is different from the one you ordered): wrong items must be notified within 48 hours of delivery. There are no restocking and shipping fees on defective or wrong items that you wish to return, and you will receive full credit for defective or wrong items. Please return defective or wrong items within 3 days of your receipt of the product. We will not accept return for defective items without invoice. Any returns found to be non-defective are subject to a restocking fee of 30%.

Use the return label enclosed in the original package when returning defective or wrong items.

 

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS

The item must be returned in new and unused condition, in the original boxes . "New and unused" means that there are no scratches, marks, or blemishes on the item; there are no signs of wear on the product, the tags, or the case; and the product must not have been sized or altered in any way. We cannot accept a return of any item with any indication that it has been used.
